Nearly 1,000 people who have suffered stroke were studies and it was discovered those who engaged in at least 4 hours of light walk out a week had their conditions improved when compared with those who had not been exercising.

According to the researchers, light activity as walking at a normal pace and moderate activity as brisk walking, swimming and running.

The author of the research, Katharina Sunnerhagen of the University of Gothenburg, Sweden suggests involving in a small amount of physical walkout have immense benefits to the health adding it may have a huge impact in reducing the possibility of developing stroke in the future.
