3 ball peppers and 4 tomatoes (Blended together)
1 medium sized onion.
Smoked fish (you may add ponmo, shaki, or any meat of your choice)
2 tablespoon of ground crayfish
2 seasoning cubes
Ginger and garlic (to be blended with the pepper)
Step 1: Pour the blended pepper paste into a cooking pot and cook for 10 minutes. Ensure you stir well to avoid the pepper burning.
Step 2: Add onions and crayfish and cook for 5 more minutes
Step 5: Add seasoning cubes, salt to taste and the smoked fish and then stir well. Now leave to cook for another 5 minutes
Step 6: Next to be added is the vegetable. Add the vegetable and ensure you sprinkle it around the pot so it will be easy to stir.
Step 7: After stirring the vegetable, cover the pot and allow the vegetable to cook
