Grilled Spicy Beans Wrap

Beans is one of my favourite foods to eat in any form; moimoi, (bean cake), porridge or mixed with other foods. Here is  a simple recipe using boiled beans as part of the main ingredients


INGREDIENTS

  • Bread Wrap
  • 1/4 cup of plain boiled beans
  • A handful of chopped onions
  • Chopped seasoned fish ( I used ice fish as it popularity called in Nigeria)
  • Mixed vegetable (I used lettuce, you can use any green vegetable of your choice)
  • Spicy Sauce/ Dressing -( I had leftover stew in my fridge which I made into a dressing, I added coconut oil, pepper and chopped onions

To Grill- You will need a grill machine


INSTRUCTION

  1. Place your bread on a flat plate
  2. Add your first layer of mixed vegetables
  3. Layer on your onions, chopped fish  and beans
  4. drizzle your sauce or dressing
  5. Fold and ensure that all corners of the wrap is secured
  6. Place the wrap in your grill machine (2-3 minutes in your grill
  7. Serve and Enjoy!!!

This is a simple recipe that can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner
